This Privacy Policy explains how Fenrid collects, processes, and protects personal data during the pre-launch waitlist phase. You must be at least 13 years of age to participate.

We collect your email address, referral identifiers, browser and device identifiers (including user agent string), approximate country of origin for aggregate analytics, and fraud prevention signals including behavioral and network analysis scores. IP addresses are stored in hashed form only.

Collected data is used to manage the waitlist, prevent abuse, verify referrals, distribute rewards, and communicate platform updates. Country data is used solely for aggregate analytics and is not used to identify individuals. Data is not used for advertising purposes.

We apply technical and organizational security measures, including hashing and encryption, to protect collected data and prevent unauthorized access and referral manipulation. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot prevention service operated by Cloudflare, Inc., to distinguish human users from automated traffic. Waitlist-related data is retained until platform launch and throughout the initial operational period. After this period, data is either deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the following trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We process your data based on: Contract necessity to provide waitlist services, Legal compliance when required by law, and Legitimate interests for fraud prevention and platform security.

Your personal data is stored in our secure database located in Zurich, Switzerland. While your data benefits from Switzerland's strong privacy infrastructure and security standards, our services are governed by US law as detailed in section 13.

We use only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. You can manage essential cookies in your browser settings.

Fenrid does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our service is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take immediate steps to delete such information. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data. You may also request data portability and object to certain processing activities. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable local law. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you retain all rights granted to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regardless of the governing law of this policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through official platform channels before taking effect.
