Terms of Service

By joining the Fenrid waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may send you service-related communications necessary to operate the waitlist, such as confirmation and status updates.

Participation in the waitlist is limited to individuals who are at least 13 years of age and provide accurate and complete registration information. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Users may not use automated tools, temporary emails, self-referrals, or similar methods to manipulate referral results. Limited device and network analysis may be used to ensure fairness.

Suspected abuse may result in temporary or permanent restrictions after internal review. Fenrid reserves the right to request verification where necessary.

Users who invite five verified participants may receive one month of Surge Plan access at or following platform launch, subject to manual review and verification. Promotional rewards do not include Credits or monetary balances. Fenrid reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting any reward.

Fenrid may adjust or discontinue promotional rewards in cases of abuse, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

Platform features, pricing, and availability during the pre-launch and early-access period may change as development progresses. No guarantee is made regarding specific launch dates or feature availability.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service. By using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

All Fenrid trademarks, service marks, logos, and platform intellectual property remain our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Fenrid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from waitlist participation or promotional programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of any rewards granted to you.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. For users located in the European Economic Area, nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence or before the relevant consumer protection authority.

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet infrastructure failures, or government actions.

Fenrid may suspend or terminate waitlist participation for violations of these terms or applicable laws, with or without prior notice. Terminated users may not re-register without our express permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through official platform channels at least 30 days before taking effect. If you continue to use the service after the effective date of the updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree, you may remove yourself from the waitlist before the effective date.
